Prepare appliances before pickup
Appliances must be empty and safely disconnected from electricity, gas, water, and fixed plumbing before we arrive. C&E Junk Removal does not perform licensed gas, electrical, or plumbing disconnection. Refrigerators and freezers should be emptied and defrosted when appropriate.
Tell us about stairs, narrow doors, basement access, unusually heavy equipment, or built-in units. Accurate access details help us determine crew needs and protect the property.
Confirm special items
Some appliances contain refrigerants or other regulated components and require special handling. Send the make, type, approximate size, and photos so we can confirm acceptance and quote the job correctly.
